Welcome to World of Conflict, a tabletop RPG where you don’t just play as adventurers—you rule entire nations! Build economies, lead armies, explore technologies, and shape history. Your decisions, strategies, and a little bit of luck will decide whether your nation thrives or crumbles.

The Core Stats

Economy

Measures how stable and strong your economy is.

Constitution

Represents the morale and resilience of your civilians.

Strength

Your nation’s military power, divided into five subcategories:

  • Land Army: Ground forces for invasions and defense.
  • Navy: Sea-based operations, blockades, and naval combat.
  • Airforce: Aerial dominance for bombing and strategic maneuvers.
  • Defense: Fortifications and resistance to invasions.
  • Special: Unconventional tactics, experimental tech, and rare situations.

Influence

How much sway you have on the world stage.

Research

Your ability to innovate and develop technologies.

Starting Your Nation

  1. Choose a Government Type – Your government determines your nation’s bonuses and challenges. Examples:
    • Democracy: +2 Constitution, +2 Economy, +1 Research. Slower Influence growth.
    • Dictatorship: +3 Influence, +2 Strength. -2 Constitution, -1 Economy.
    • Theocracy: +2 Constitution, +1 Influence, +1 Defense. Limited Research.
    • Technocracy: +3 Research, +1 Economy. -1 Constitution, slower Strength growth.
  2. Distribute Free Points – You start with 20 Free Points to allocate across the five core stats. Each stat must receive at least 1 point.
  3. Allocate Strength Points – Divide 10 points among the military categories: Land Army, Navy, Airforce, Defense, Special.
  4. Pick Your Geography – Choose your nation’s terrain:
    • Coastal Nation: +2 Navy, -1 Defense.
    • Mountainous Nation: +2 Defense, -1 Airforce.
    • Island Nation: +2 Navy, +1 Defense, -1 Land Army.
    • Flat Plains Nation: +2 Land Army, -1 Defense.
  5. Identify Key Resources – Select 1-2 resources your nation has in abundance (e.g., Oil, Tourism, Skilled Labor).
